Tornado busted a tail lense they refuse to replace it because my wife wasn't in the vehicle. Thats xxxxxxxx and because bmw wants to play games like that although we pay full coverage etc I will never shop bmw again. Love the car but I feel our service is half-assed. Took over an hour for an oil change went back to get something out of the car there are multiple mechanics standing under the left doing absolutely nothing.

Great experience. Tyler was fantastic. I live pretty far away and was trying to get as many details as I could, I was previously working with an Internet representative that would not help me get my answers regarding warranties that I was looking for. Tyler jumped in and was able to get me all the information I needed ahead of time so I didn't have to waste a 2 Hour Dr. I bought the car the same day with Tyler. Overall great and easy experience. We have purchased about 8-10 BMW autos from Mr shelton over the past 30 years or more. They build out new cars to suit our preferences. We have sort of grown up with VP Ed Whittle and Jake and their crew. Everyone else pressures to sell from inventory. Mr. Garlyn Shelton runs a great organization, selling great cars, built according to what the customer wants to drive.
Ashley and Damon provided excellent customer support. The purchasing process could not have been easier. I am especially appreciative of how calm and patient they were through my decision making process. The last thing they made me feel was hurried or pressured giving me the greater part of the business day. Talking about the Kendric Lamar halftime show may have taken up some of the time. LOL
